o Central Middle School greenways project had a meeting last week Alan Barlan is a contact.
o 1082 Richmond revised proposal is bigger council may be receptive to greater mass and density.
o Development standards in Rockland Plan and Oak Bay corridor plan suggest 3 storey maximum, but developer seeks to raise those limits in a spot rezoning.
o The Local Area Plan will not be initiated in the near future
o New City Manager Jason Johnson starts in February.

o Robin prepared information for promotion and recruitment 10 ppt slides for the blockwatch meeting.
o JS proposes a trifold brochure based on this information 6 columns front and back, with greater concentration of text, less photos.
o Good points public safety, views of website, direct links to RNA letters, etc.

Land Use
o 1322 Rockland.
§ Operating outside of zoning. Pam Madoff enquired of planning; no information can be shared publically at this time.
§ Deb Day says Owner has submitted a building plan that has been turned down. Occupancy level questions will be tabled until building plan is revised and approved.
§ No opportunity for neighbourhood input
o 1082 Richmond new proposal. Developer asked for pre-meeting, with neighbours and LUC that took place November 6th. Short notice 3 architect drawings, no back up documentation. Move to underground parking, with access off Richmond.
o 1745 Rockland panhandle lot with access off Richmond. Developers have been advised R1-A rules apply also referred to R5-A St. Charles, as an example.
