Motion – To table the item regarding a discount offered by Davey Tree Service until they provide details and written confirmation.

Action - JS to review and update the management information with regard to timing of regular annual payments.

Extend invitation to First Nations for Rockland 150 celebration. On hold as Chief Sam passed away recently.

Land Use

Meeting regarding adding a second story to existing home on Warren Gardens was postponed at proponent’s request.

Social - 150 Year celebration

Sign-up sheets for volunteers – to publicise the “Rockland Stroll” at AGGV Paint-In; Moss Street Market; Rockland-wide Garage Sale.

Invoice for Bounce Castle.

Table set up for promoting membership in RNA on the day (Sept. 8th), location to be determined.

Send a notice out to the email list calling for volunteers, and distributing the publicity brochure.

Thrifty’s will donate 5 tents for use on the day.

Still looking for more door prizes to award near the end of the day at Craigdarroch Castle.

 

.                       Garden – $30 honourarium to the Friary for supply of water.

 

Traffic  - NC and BM will initiate conversation with Transport Companies to work on frequency of scheduled runs through Rockland.

ACTION – JS to review and update the management information and include a list of disbursements that occur on a regular basis, e.g., memberships in FOGH, Craigdarroch Castle Society, Insurance, Watering honourarium,
