Guests: several members of the Land Use (zoning) Committee
Summary of decisions and action items:
• Action - MH will review the amendment to the R1A
basement definition to ensure it corresponds to that for the R1B.
• Motion (carried) – That the Board submit the quote
and a copy of the policy to Glen Oberg, Manager of Supply Management
for approval.

(zoning) committee meeting that preceded.
2. Correspondence
• Letter from City notifying that the definition of
“basement” in R1A zone has been amended as we requested.
o Discussion “Basement (floor) at least four feet
below grade” is different from “basement ceiling no more than
four feet above grade”
o Action: MH will review the amendment to the R1A
basement definition to ensure it corresponds to that for the R1B.
• Letter from City regarding Directors and
Officers liability insurance.
Motion – That the Board submit the quote and a copy of the policy to
Glen Oberg, Manager of Supply Management for approval.
