Called to order 7:05
1. Motion: to Approve minutes of previous meeting. Carried
2. Report from advisory committee was presented by Janet Simpson
Motion: (BJ/__) to approve distribution of the letter written by David Mulroney with one change:
To delete the words “in Addition” and to move a sentence to the end of the paragraph.
Discussion: TW expressed concern that the tone of the letter did not
express the balance of views reflected at the public meeting and
requested that the letter be toned down somewhat.
Carried with one opposed (JJ), and one abstention (TW).
3. Committee Reports
LU(zoning) – no formal report however LUC Chair
Director Jay Jennings wrote out a letter of resignation and presented
it to President Janet Simpson.
Police Board report was presented
