1. Agenda
Motion to accept agenda
(DC/BB) Carried

2. Business arising from the minutes of June 9th .
• Submission to the June 15th 2010 open house regarding proposed changes to zoning bylaws
• Land Use Committee (zoning) prepared a draft submission.
• Those board members in attendance reviewed and revised the submission.
Motion (BJ/BB) To send a copy of the revised submission to the City
Planning and Development Department open house on June 15th, 2010, with
a copy to Councillor Chris Coleman.
Carried unanimously
3. New Business
Motion – (CS/DC) To invite their honours Steven and Gwendolin Point to
be honorary members of the Rockland Neighbourhood
Association. Carried unanimously
