bylaws and constitution say?

a budget that the membership committee could draw on to pay for
introductory memberships. Would still require that the recipient
of the welcome
package have to complete the membership form to request membership
and provide
access to personal information permissions.

next year’s AGM introduce a motion to offer a reduced rate for
first-time
members.
